The State of the Nation’s Posture

Back pain is one of the most common complaints across the country, backed up by the latest research that will be released fully in time for Chiropractic Awareness Week. The study and its release aim to get people listening to the important results and recommendations.

The extensive research has been undertaken by the British Chiropractic Association (BCA). The study was put in place in order to test the state of British posture and back pain, and took place at the beginning of the year. The study clearly shows that the nation needs to take important steps to improve its posture, and will detail exactly how we should go about this.

Poor posture has a number of health implications. However, improving posture is something that’s relatively easy to do. It can take just a few minutes a day to concentrate on your posture, to improve your lifestyle and to help reduce the problem of back pain.

Most of us can benefit from the latest study advice. This includes small back twinges, discomfort at the office or back pain that you simply cannot explain. If you want to learn how to improve your situation then take a look of the results of the study and take some of their practical advice.
